Abstract
Geographic Information System is used to analyze spatial data and attribute data in daily life. Spatial data is data about geographic positions which are usually in the form of maps. While attribute data is a data table that describes the nature of various objects as spatial data. The existence of the services of PT. Telkom Bandar Lampung Branch is currently still plagued with various problems such as the absence of a digital customer map and the number of disturbances that always appear every day so that it requires location information quickly. The method used in this research is the prototype method with the stages of Prototype Design, Prototype Development, System Development. This Geographic Information System serves to convey customer data information presented in the form of interactive map displays and tables, accompanied by an assessment for the construction of a new ODP (Optic Distribution Point) using PHP programming
