Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF COMPETENCE AND NON PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT TO EMPLOYEES’ WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF PT.SURI TANI PEMUKA LAMPUNG BY DESI MAYASARI The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Competence and Non Physical Work Environment to the Work Productivity. Based on the presentage of employees’ production data of production departement of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Lampung on 2021, it indicates that employees can not reach the targets. It causes the benefit of production is decreased. The type of the research uses the quantitative reseach with the associative method. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Data collecting method in this research uses primary data with the interview and questioner distribution. The population of this research is 57 employees with the purposive sampling technique and the sample uses based on the criteria as 36 production employees. The data analysis requirement test uses normal test, linearity test and multicollinarity test. The result this research decides that Competence effects positively to Productivity and Non Physical Work Environtment effects positively to Productivity.
