Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the influence of Good Governance and the competence of the village apparatus on the management of village funds in the village in the District of way Lima Pesawaran Regency. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to the respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis tool used in this study is SPSS program version 20. As for data quality testing using validity test and reliability test and for classical assumption testing using normality test. As for hypothesis testing using test F and Test t. The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that the variables of transparency principle, participation principle and competence of the village apparatus had no effect on the management of village funds, while the principle of accountability had an effect on the management of village funds in villages in Way Lima district, Pesawaran Regency. Keywords : Transparency Principle, Accountability Principle, Participation Principle, Competition and Village Fund Management.
