Abstract
In improving a quality of service to students college high continuously strive to improve the service in order to meet the student satisfaction . University is committed to providing good service to students. This is done to meet student expectations related to services that are students' rights. In this way, the University hopes to get things that need to be evaluated according to the benchmarks that have been set by the university. The importance of seeing student assessments is one of the main factors for universities to improve the quality of services provided. This study uses the Pieces method to measure the good or bad value of the variables applied in service quality with variables (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service). The goal is to determine the level of satisfaction of students to services that provide by Univeritas in the field of financial . The results of the research that Pieces method very effective for analyzing pervariabel so that services can be evaluated in more detail. The recapitulation seen overall assessment that the variable final value of > 3.8, this indicates that all variables Pieces got category ratings satisfied, so that it can be said that loyalty with good service role in improving the quality of service. With this analysis, it is expected to provide an overview for universitiy in seeing the value of each field in providing services based on performance, information, economic, control, efficiency and services.
