Abstract
SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (E-SIMAS) USING SCRUM METHOD AT BANI SALIM VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN BANDAR LAMPUNG by: DINAR RAMADHAN AKBARRU Dinarramadhan627@gmail.com The Bani Salim Vocational School was a vocational-based school founded in Srengsem, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City. The problem of this research was that the student-teacher attendance was recorded through a book so that it caused a difficulty to record the data because the data was not integrated in a system, the students or teachers were considered absent on condition that they missed recording their attendance, and the collected and processed data was frequently erroneous and unmatchable with the real attendance. From this problem, an information system for the school administration management was designed. The method of this research was the scrum method used to prioritize the users’ needs and desires through several stages e.g., products backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, and sprint and sprint review. System development tool used in this research was in the form of UML with a website-based system through PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research was that the administrator was able to manage the student data, the teacher classes, the school year, the ongoing courses, the achievement, the activities, and the student attendance. The finance department can manage committee payment data and reports. Moreover, the teachers were also able to manage the attendance data. Besides, the students were able to view the achievement data, school information, and school-required payments. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Administracion Sekolah, Scrum, Website. x
