Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the Quality Control Circle and Work Productivity. The method of this study used quantitative descriptive methods. The subject of this study was 173 respondents from MSMEs in Lampung Province. It was used for conducting the data process. Furthermore, it was divided into 114 QCC MSMEs and 59 Non-QCC MSMEs. The instrument of this study used 15 variables for measuring Quality Control Circle and Work Productivity. The results of the study explained that there were significant results in several Quality Control Circle variables to Work Productivity variable. It showed that 15 instruments variables were successful in measuring the impact of the Quality Control Circle and Productivity. Moreover, it found the differences result between QCC MSMEs and Non-QCC MSMEs in Lampung Province. Keywords: Quality Control Circle, Productivity, MSMEs
