Abstract

Nyimas Midwife Maternity Clinic which is one of the clinics located in Beringin Raya Village, Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City. Currently, the Nyimas Midwife Maternity Clinic still carries out services such as patient registration, medical history collection, and overall patient data reports still using a handwritten bookkeeping system and has not carried out services using a technology-based system. The method used is the Agile method which is a software development methodology based on the principles of short-term system development that requires rapid adaptation from developers to changes in any form. The purpose of the study is to provide a web-based system to facilitate the processing of patient medical record data and make it easier for patients to see their medical history This system can make it easier for admins and midwives to manage patient data consisting of patient identity, type of service, diagnosis results, drug prescriptions, and types of payments so that patient data records for treatment and medical record data can be stored properly. This system also makes it easier for patients to register their identity online, so that patient data and medical records can be stored properly and can be viewed again by patients.
