Abstract

This study aims to identify potential improvements, improve the efficiency of using financial resources, and maintain the operational stability of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya in a dynamic business environment. Descriptive research methods are used with data collection from observation and documentation, especially financial statements. The results showed the main problem related to the mismatch between budget and expenditure realization, which can lead to cash flow fluctuations and financial planning difficulties. An evaluation of budget implementation over two periods reveals significant differences: a deficit in the first period and a positive cash balance in the second. These findings highlight the need for improvements in the cash budget planning and control process to maintain the company's financial stability. Keyword : Budget, Cash, Planning Tools
