Abstract

The Family Hope Program or PKH is a program providing community social assistance to poor families who have been designated as PKH recipients. The number of recipients of PKH assistance in the Way Lubuk sub-district is 134 families. The problems experienced by the Way Lubuk sub-district during the selection process for receiving PKH assistance include that there is still data that has not been entered into the DTKS. The data entry process into DTKS takes a maximum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. After being entered into the DTKS, the data will be proposed by the PKH so that aid recipients will receive assistance over a long period from registration to receiving assistance. This research aims to build a decision support system for selecting recipients of aid programs using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The system development method used is the rational unified process (RUP) method. This research produces a system for selecting recipients of the Family Hope Program more easily and quickly. The menus produced are admin menu, admin login, main page, users, period, criteria, alternatives, jobs, number of families and values, assessor login, families and values.
