Abstract

Lampung 35211. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada bagian administrasi yaitu Banatul Khoiriyah Ulfa, pada perusahaan tersebut memilikidata jamaah sebanyak 109.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan kepada admin KBIH Almusafir diperoleh permasalahan seperti layanan pendaftaran yang dilakukanmasih secara konvensional yaitu dengan datang ke kantor dan mengisi formulir pendaftaran serta melengkapi syarat pendaftaran, proses tersebut mengakibatkan informasi yang dihasilkan tidak dapat diakses secara fleksibel untuk jangka waktu mendatangserta memerlukan biaya operasional seperti tenaga, biaya dan waktu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan berikut adalah hasil kesimpulan berupa sistem yangdibangun menggunakan mobile dilakukan menggunakan framework sebagai kerangka untuk membangun sistem secara terpadu dengan pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Developmentseperti tahap mengumpulkan kebutuhan sistem, merancang sistem, membangun sistem dan menguji sistem. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat dijalankan pada perangkat mobile dengan akses internet secara online. Aplikasi tersebut memiliki beberapa fitur seperti proses pendaftaran, pembayaran, informasi pengumuman hingga melihat riwayat pembayaran. Mempermudah proses pendaftaran peserta baru Haji dan Umroh menggunakan mobile dengan menginstal aplikasi dan mengkases menggunakan media teknologi internet kemudian dilakukan registrasi serta pendaftaran sesuai datadiri.Selanjutnya dilakukanpemilihanpakethajidanumrohdanpembayaran. Informasi pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara online melalui transfer bank dan mengirimkan bukti pembayaran. Peserta dapat melihat informasi riwayat pembayaran, kegiatan dan jadwal kegiatan secara mudah KataKunci:SistemInformasi,KBIH,Berbasis, Mobile Based on interviews conducted with the administration section,the company has data on 109 congregations. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the admin of the KBIH Almusafir, problems such as the registration service is still carried out conventionally, by comsumers coming to the office and filling in the registration form, and completing the registration requirements. This process means that the resulting information cannot be accessed flexibly in the future and requires operational costs such as energy, costs, and time. For those problem, there was a system built using mobile using a framework as a framework for building an integrated system with system development using Rapid Application Development such as the stages of collecting system requirements, designing the system, building the system and testing the system. The resulting application can be run on a mobile device with online internet access. This application has several features such as the registration process, payments, development information, and viewing payment history. To simplify the registration process for new Hajj and Umrah participants using mobile by installing and accessing internet technology media, then registering and registering according to personal data. Next, the Hajj and Umrah package selection and payment are carried out. Payment information can be made online via bank transfer and sending proof of payment.
