Abstract

The plantation and animal husbandry service has the task of carrying out government affairs areas in the field of plantations and animal husbandry based on the principles of autonomy and assistance tasks, which is located below and is responsible for the regent through the regional secretary. The type of research was quantitative research with aassociate method approach. The population were all employees of the plantation and livestock service amounted 88 people consisted of 65 people from ASN and 23 non-ASN people and a sample of 42 people who were in office environment. The data analysis used multiple linear regression method, then a hypothesis used were the t-test and F-test. The results stated that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as work discipline and the environment physical work has a significant positive effect on the employee performance at North Lampung Plantation and Livestock Services.
