Abstract
Hydroponic Vertical Farming is an agricultural cultivation method that does not use soil. Instead, it utilizes water, making it suitable for limited spaces such as home gardens. This method reduces issues related to plant pests. To ensure the plants remain fertile and grow well, nutrients such as AB mix are required. For optimal growth of watercress, nutrient levels need to be measured using a TDS sensor, with ideal levels ranging from 600 to 800 ppm. With advancements in technology, an IoT-based hydroponic vertical farming system has been designed. This system allows nutrient measurements to be viewed via a website, facilitating farmers' work by eliminating the need for manual measurement. If the nutrient level falls below 600-800 ppm, the hydroponic pump will automatically stop, and if it exceeds this range, the system will activate the water supply. This automatic adjustment helps maintain ideal nutrient levels, thus preventing crop failure for hydroponic watercress farmers.
