Abstract
Abstract The utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) in education, particularly through the implementation of ICT-based management systems in schools, has the potential to significantly enhance the quality of learning and school management. However, factors like ease of use, perceived benefits, and the level of information security influence the successful implementation of these systems. This study aims to measure the success of implementing an ICT-based management system at SMK Telkom Lampung, specifically the My Learning System (MyLMS) platform and the Igracias school application. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used to gauge user acceptance of the system, while the Information Security Index (KAMI) is employed to assess the maturity level of information security. The research employs a quantitative survey method with a sample of 180 respondents consisting of students, teachers, and administrative staff actively using the system. The findings reveal that the ease of use (average score of 10.74) and perceived benefits (average score of 13.91) of the system positively influence user acceptance (average score of 13.30), ultimately enhancing the perceived quality of the system (average score of 143.67). However, the evaluation using the KAMI Index indicates that SMK Telkom Lampung needs to improve its information security management. The total score obtained is 403 out of 645, indicating that SMK Telkom Lampung is at the "Needs Improvement" level. These results demonstrate that while the ICT-based management system has been well-received by users, the information security aspect requires enhancement to ensure optimal protection of data and information.
