Abstract
ABSTRACT By: Serly Anisa The performance is the work of a quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The objective of this study was to examine the employee performance of the Central Lampung District Secretariat Based on gender and employment status. The type of research wasthe quantitative study using the Independent t-Test method. The variables used in this study were the Gender and the employment status as the dependent variables, and the independent variable wasthe employee performance. The population in this study was 38 employees from the Central Lampung District Secretariat. The sample used in this study wasas many as 30 employees. The data collecting technique used in this study used the Field Research through questionnaire given directly to the sample. The data analysis method in this research used the Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results obtained in the study showed that the performance of the Central Lampung District Secretariat employees was based on Gender and Staffing Status.
