Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi di berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia telah berkembang, antara lain dalam bidang pemerintahan. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bandar Lampung (Disdukcapil Bandar Lampung) merupakan institut pemerintahan yang bergerak dalam urusan administrasi kependudukan. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi dan ditambah kebutuhan akan administrasi kependudukan yang terus meningkat setiap saat mengharuskan Disdukcapil Bandar Lampung melakukan evaluasi terhadap teknologi dan sistem informasi yang digunakaan saat ini guna untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat di Kabupaten Bandar Lampung. Untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap teknologi dan sistem informasi, peneliti menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM, Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa usulan teknologi dan sistem informasi dalam bentuk blueprint perencanaan strategi sistem informasi. Kata kunci – TOGAF ADM, Sistem Informasi, Enterprise Architecture, Analisis dan Perancangan Strategi Abstrack The use of Information Technology in various fields of human life has developed, including in the field of government. The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandar Lampung Regency (Disdukcapil of Bandar Lampung) is a government institute that is engaged in population administration affairs. As technology develops and the need for population administration continues to increase all the time, it requires the Bandar Lampung Disdukcapil to evaluate the technology and information systems currently in use in order to improve services to the community in Bandar Lampung Regency. To evaluate technology and information systems, researchers use the TOGAF ADM framework. The results of this research are in the form of technology and information systems proposals in the form of information systems strategy planning blueprints.
