Abstract
To increase production and productivity of agricultural products, one of the most important factors is the use of fertilizers. The presence of fertilizer in the right quantity, type, quality, price, place, and time will determine the quantity and quality of agricultural products. The government encourages the efficient use of fertilizers through various policies covering technical aspects of supply and distribution as well as prices through subsidies. Subsidized fertilizers are regulated by the Definitive Plan of Needs. Group Needs Definitive Plan (RDKK) is the real needs of farmers for one period in the management of Farming business management. The Farmers' Group in Bumisari Village, Natar Sub-district, South Lampung District is a fertilizer distributor, so fertilizer needs needed by farmers through farmer groups. The delivery of fertilizer is done through RDKK, but not seeing the buying habits of farmers. The problem that is often faced is fertilizer stock is thinning or not available. So, a system is needed that can process sales transaction data that can be used to predict fertilizer availability and can be used to make a plan for adding fertilizer stock. This system was built using the Multiple linear regression algorithm method. The algorithm method is a method of using the relationship between the dependent variable (response) and the independent variable (factor) to predict or explain (factor) to predict or explain the characteristics of the variable, which can be used to make a stock addition plan. The results of system testing using the Rapidminer application with Produce predictions of fertilizer needs for February, 2024 as much as 48,533 tons, for November as much as 41,142 tons, and for April as much as 38,640 tons. The results of the calculation can be a reference to predict in February, April and November, farmer groups can prepare sufficient stocks of fertilizers (Urea and NPK) so there is no scarcity of fertilizer.
