Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Perfomance on Firm Value with Corporate Reputation as a Mediating Variable. The population in this study were Telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2021-2023 period, using a purposive sampling method with 2 criteria, so that a sample of 17 companies was obtained and a total of 39 data. The method of analysis and hypothesis testing used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Warp-PLS 8.0 software for analysis tool. The results of his study indicate that CSR has no Effect on Firm Value, meanwhile CSR has an effect of Firm Value if mediated through Corporate Reputation. Furthermore, Financial Performance has an effect on Firm Value, meanwhile Financial Performance has no effect on Firm Value if mediated through Corporate Reputation.
