ABSTRACT Application of Staffing Data at PT. PLN (persero) Lampung Distribution Web Based By Febry Rohayansyah febryrohayansyah@gmail.com PT. PLN (Persero)Lampung Distribution is located at JL. Zainal Abidin PagarAlam No.5, Rajabasa, Bandar Lampung City which has 3 branches, namely branchTanjung Karang, metro, kota bumi. Currently in the processing of staffing data of PT. PLN (Persero) distribusi Lampung felt still not effective and efficient, because in the process of finding data, adding data and changing data requires a long time and limited employee data storage capacity because it still uses Microsoft Excel as the initial storage of staffing data. from the existing problems then it is made application of staffing data at PT. PLN (persero) Lampung distribution web based. Which aims to facilitate the process of finding data, adding data and changing staffing data so that it will be faster and easier to do. The system development method used is the waterfall method and built using PHP (Personal Home Page) and MySQL as the database server. with the application of staffing data at PT. PLN (persero) Lampung distribution web based it will help make it easier in terms of searching and changing employee data. The process of searching and changing data can be done with a short time and access can be done outside the company. Keywords: staffing, web-based staffing data applications
