Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives, competence, and work motivation on employee performance at Kedamaian Sub-district, Bandar Lampung City. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, where primary data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation, while secondary data were collected from internal documents and relevant literature. The study population consisted of 32 employees, with 30 selected as samples using purposive sampling based on criteria of work experience and involvement in managerial or HR administration roles. The results indicate that incentives, competence, and work motivation have a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Appropriate incentives, improved competence, and high work motivation were proven to enhance productivity, responsibility, and dedication, thereby positively impacting both individual and organizational performance.
