Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged universities to digitalize academic services to improve efficiency and effectiveness. One academic process that is still frequently handled manually is the course request submission by students, which often leads to delays and data errors. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Course Request Information System on the Academic Student website of IIB Darmajaya to facilitate faster and more integrated online submissions. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, which adapts to user needs through iterative stages including planning, design, coding, and testing. The results indicate that the developed system effectively simplifies the course request process for students and assists academic administrators in validating requests efficiently. Therefore, this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of academic services and support the implementation of digital transformation at IIB Darmajaya.
