Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF WORKLOAD AND WORK STRESS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT LAUTAN TEDUH INTERNIAGA BRANCH PAHOMAN By: DESSY PRAHMADIYANI This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Lautan Teduh Interniaga Pahoman Branch. The type of research used in this research is quantitative and the research method used is associative. Source of data used in this research is primary data. Research data collection method is Field Research with a questionnaire technique. The populations in this study were all employees of PT Lautan Teduh Interniaga Pahoman Branch as many as 46 people with a total sample of 46 people. The sampling technique used in this study uses the technique total sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. The results showed that workload affects the performance of employees of PT Lautan Teduh Interniaga, Pahoman Branch, Bandar Lampung. Work stress has no effect on the performance of employees of PT Lautan Teduh Interniaga, Pahoman Branch, Bandar Lampung. Workload and work stress have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at PT Lautan Teduh Interniaga, Pahoman Branch, Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Performance
