Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of regional head leadership, apparatus work discipline, and public service in realizing good governance at the Regional Secretariat of Bandar Lampung City. The approach used is quantitative, employing surveys as the data collection technique with apparatus members as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using statistical methods to examine the influence of independent variables on good governance as the dependent variable. The results indicate that leadership, work discipline, and public service each have a significant impact on the implementation of good governance principles such as transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in local government. Simultaneously, these three variables strongly contribute to building good governance. The findings underscore the importance of synergy among leadership quality, apparatus discipline, and public service in enhancing bureaucratic performance and public trust in government institutions.
