Abstract

This research evaluates cloud infrastructure security at PT. IDStar Teknologi using an integrated ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework approach. Eleven ISO/IEC 27001 Annex A controls were mapped to five NIST CSF functions through questionnaires (0-5 scale) and interviews. Results indicate an IntermediateAdvanced maturity level with a score of 3.55/5.0 (70.9% compliance). The Protect function achieved the highest score (4.25) with optimal cryptographic and system access controls (5.0), while Detect and Respond functions showed significant gaps (3.0). Four priority improvement areas with 2.0-point gaps are logging and monitoring, internal organization, network security, and incident management. The study validates the effectiveness of multi-framework approaches for comprehensive security evaluation. Recommendations include SIEM implementation, strengthening cloud-specific incident response procedures, and enhancing continuous security awareness programs.
