Abstract

Some important aspects need to be considered as human resource support which has high comitment to their organization . These aspects will grow sense of ownership and trust to organization management. Leadership style in higher education and dynamic organization aspects toward trust. The purpose of this research is to find an effective model in higher education which has high comitment human resources and trust to organization management. Another objective of this study was to find out a visionary leadership style aspect and an organizational dynamics on trust. This research method used survey method with causal technique with path analysis. This research analyzed two models e.g., effect of one variable on another variable. The 1st model was the endogenous variable, e.g. commitment (Y1) and the exogenous variable, e.g., organizational dynamics (X1), leadership style (X2), and employees’ trust (Y2). Moreover, the 2nd model was the endogenous variables, e.g., employees’ trust (Y2) and the exogenous variables, e.g., dynamics oganisasi (X1) and leadership style (X2). Data analysis used in this research was descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The result of this study showed that the organizational dynamics variable and leadership style variable were an effective model to increase employee trust on private universities. Meanwhile, organizational dynamics variable, leadership style variable, and trust variable were strategic variables in order to strengthen the commitment model on the organization due to the exogenous variables from variable model 1 and model 2 affected significantly on endogenous variables.
