Abstract
The official technical realization unit (UPTD), the service of highway and bridge maintenance of public works " Bina Marga" South-Sumatera province is such an official that handles infrastructure-with character building program, it is hope fully as an impact to the high working intersest. The problem of this research was about combining the strategy for employee guidance and working discipline, in order the working interest on official technical realization unit (UPTD), the service of highway and bridge maintenance of public works Bina Marga South-Sumatera province, in order words, being increased. The correlation analysis showed that there was a variable correlation as 0,706. it meant that the two variables have great correlation. In keeping with the T-test calculaiton it found out that T-test showed 8,75, and it could be summarized the two variables of employee guidance and working interest have correlation significantly. There were some conclusion the writer could take from this research. They were (I) there was a strong correlation between employee guidance and working interest on official technical realization unit (UPTD), the service of highway and bridge maintenance of public works Bina Marga, South-Sumatera province (2) there was a significant effect between working discipline and working interest. I means that the higher working discipline will be the higher working interest on official technical realization unit (UPTD), the service of highway and bridge maintenance ofpublic works Bina Marga, South-Sumatera province.
