Abstract

THE EFFECT OF CORPORATE GORVERNANCE PRECEPTION INDEX (CGPI), OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE, FIRM SIZE, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (An Empirical Study on Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2015) By Vincencia Yuvita Herawati ABSTRACT This study was aimed at demonstrating empirically the effect of Gorvernance Preception Corporate Index (CGPI), ownership structure, company size, Corporate Social Responsibility and Capital Structure on Financial Performance. The sample this study was as many as 56 taken from 14 Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2012-2015. The data collecting technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The result showed that the variables of firm size and capital structure significantly affected the financial performance, while the Corporate gorvernance Preception Index (CGPI), the Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), did not significantly affect the financial performance Key words: Corporate Gorvernance Preception Index (CGPI), ownership structure, company size, Corporate Social Responsibility, Capital Structure and Financial Performance viii
