Abstract

PT. PLN (State Electricity Company) is a State-Owned Enterprise that is appointed as an electricity power company that handles the provision of electricity for the public. As an electricity business, maintenance and repair of machines is needed which results in power outages. The absence of an information system for scheduling power outages and the length of time for blackouts causes consumer activities to be disrupted and create consumer losses. For that we need a system that contains information on scheduling power outages. Information system built based on mobile web. This system is designed and built using the prototype system development method with stages starting from communication, quick plan, quick design modeling, construct of prototype, as well as deployment, delivery and feedback. The programming language used in making the system is Javascript, while the data storage uses MySQL. This system generates electricity outage scheduling information based on area along with information on blackout times. There is also a map of the location of power outages which are distinguished by color type, namely red for blackouts and green for areas where there are no blackouts.
