Abstract

THE EFFECT OF PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND FINANCIAL COMPENSATION TOWARD EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY OF PT. CENTRAL AVIAN PRATIWI (CAP6) BY NOLA NEVALIA This study aims to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment on Employee Productivity, the impact of Financial Compensation on Employee Productivity, and the development of the Physical Work Environment and Monetary Compensation on Employee Productivity. This research used is a quantitative research using the associative method. The data source used is Primary Data. The data collection method in this study used Field Research techniques in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study was 35 employees. The sample used is a saturated sampling. Test the instrument requirements using validity and reliability tests. Test the data analysis requirements using the normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests—test data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. This study found that the Physical Work Environment affects Employee Work Productivity. However, Financial Compensation affects Employee Work Productivity. Physical Work Environment and Financial Compensation affect Employee Work Productivity. Key Words : Physical Work Environment, Financial Compensation and Productivity
