Abstract

This study discusses the price and quality of service on repurchase decisions with customer satisfaction as an intervention variable. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. By using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that prices do not match consumer satisfaction and quality of service is satisfying positively and significantly to customer satisfaction. Price does not affect repurchase decisions, Service Quality positively and significantly influences repurchase decisions and Customer Satisfaction positively and significantly on repurchase decisions. Based on the path analysis, customer satisfaction can be a variable that influences the price of a purchasing decision and customer satisfaction cannot be a variable that influences the quality of service with a repeat purchase decision
