Abstract

Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), known as a city of tourism and culture where the Yogyakarta Palace is one of the attractions for visitors coming to Yogyakarta, so far the existence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Yogyakarta has fostered a positive trend so that it can support the economy in the Special Region of Yogyakarta apart from the student sector which becomes the income of the city of Yogyakarta. With this background, according to the researcher, it is very relevant to be studied. This study examines the effect of Shared Value, communication on trust and commitment. This research was conducted in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises industry in Yogyakarta, the sample used in this study was 50. The analytical tool used was multiple regression. Based on the background that has been described, the problems in this study are whether there is a positive influence between the shared value made by suppliers and trust, is there a positive influence between shared value and commitment, is there a positive influence between communication and trust, is there a positive influence between communication and trust? communication on commitment and whether there is a positive influence between trust and commitment in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises industry in Yogyakarta
