Abstract
PT. Jomblang Cave Tourism feels that there is a decrease in organizational performance which is influenced by a decrease in the individual performance of each employee. The purpose of this research is to determine whether commitment and satisfaction affect organizational performance through individual performance variables as intervening variables.This research was conducted on employees of PT. Jomblang Cave Tourism with a sample of 40 respondents taken using convenience sampling method. The independent variable in this study is commitment and satisfaction, the dependent variable in this study is organizational performance, and the intervening variable in this study is individual performance. Variable measurement is done using a Likert scale. Research design is associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between variables. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square method using SmartPLS 3. From the results of the analysis it can be said that commitment has a positive effect on individual performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on individual performance, commitment has no effect on organizational performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational performance, performance individual has a positive effect on organizational performance, individual performance does not mediate the relationship of commitment to organizational performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship of commitment to organizational performance.
