Abstract

Pagelaran Village Office which is the lowest level government agency that carries out public services in the field of Population Administration based on regulations. The recording and processing of population data is the responsibility of the district/city government, where the implementation starts from the kelurahan as the spearhead of population registration. These services need to be done quickly and accurately to get information. But in reality, data processing in the kelurahan or Pagelaran village is still done conventionally, namely stored in a folder or cupboard, so that documents are often lost and damaged because they are still in paper form, it takes a long time to search for documents because there are too many archives, and there is no data backup. in case of loss of documents. This study discusses how to create and design digital archive applications and correspondence starting from the data collection method (interviews, observations and documentation) using the SCRUM development method, making system designs using UML with the design model Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams and black testing. box. The result of this study is a population information system that can store population data dynamically and can serve and apply for a residence certificate anytime and anywhere without having to spend a lot of time and energy.
