Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the significance of the effect of Firm Size, Industry Type, and Board of Directors on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosures in consumption sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2020. In this study, the total population was 62 consumption sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2020. It was 57 sample. The sample of this study used purposive sampling. The results showed that the Firm Size and Board of Directors did not affect the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility.
