ABSTRACT EFFECT OF WORKLOAD ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE WITH WORK STRESS AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE AT MIN 6 BANDAR LAMPUNG DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC By: NURITA SARI 1712110259 The quality of education, in this case the performance of teachers, greatly affects the quality of education outcomes in Indonesia. With the decline in teacher performance, this will lead to less than optimal learning for students, thereby reducing the quality of education in Indonesia. Workload and work stress are one of the factors that affect teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher performance with workload and work stress as mediating variables. Data collection techniques using descriptive research methods, using a path analysis model. Sources of data used in this study a population of 37 people collecting data using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the workload of teachers affects teacher performance, work stress does not affect teacher performance and workload affects teacher performance through teacher work stress as a mediating variable.
