Abstract

In an increasingly complex and rapidly changing business environment, the ability to structure effective and competitive tenders becomes very important. This process not only requires a deep understanding of customer needs, but also the ability to design comprehensive and competitive bids and involves a complex and strategic series of stages, during which companies design and submit competitive bids to win contracts. In planning and implementation, you will definitely encounter many problems, one of which is related to planning the budget and also the timing of the project auction. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out appropriate and efficient planning to facilitate project implementation. The methods used are observation, interviews and written project data collection. Carrying out RAB calculations before carrying out construction work can reduce cost or energy overruns, so that we can get efficient and maximum construction work. Based on analysis of drawings and observations of the work site for the XYZ project, work items, volumes required are produced along with a comparison of the initial price and the price after recalculating the site that has been made. Therefore, an in-depth analysis has been carried out on the process of preparing the budget plan for the XYZ development project. Therefore, there are several important conclusions that can be drawn, namely the results of the calculation of the cost budget plan, it is obtained that the total cost plan is Rp. 881,708,300.00, and the total price of the field recalculation is Rp. 945,414,800.00, there is a difference in the initial price with a field recalculation price of IDR 63,706,500.00 and the XYZ project work time schedule will be carried out for 4 months
