Abstract
North Lampung Police is a government agency located in Kotabumi Selatan sub-district, North Lampung Regency. Based on Law Number 22 of 2002 concerning the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, it is explained that the police are tasked with providing protection, services, and protection to the community. The problem that arises on the part of the officer is that the reporter's data has not been stored in the digital system and only produces archive files, which until now the archives are still placed in the ledger so that if data search is carried out and making monthly reports to superiors will take a long time. The reach of the office area when wanting to make a request is an obstacle for reporters who want to make a loss or complaint request. The method used in system development, namely Prototype, is a method used to obtain more specific user needs in technical terms. The result of the study is a web-based service system that can make it easier for reporters to make loss requests and complaints online, by being able to print loss certificates online.
