Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find the effect of the non-physical and work environment Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bandar Lampung Branch. This type of research was a quantitative research using the associative method. The population in this study was 35 people PT employees. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bandar Lampung branch, the sample of this research consisted of 35 respondents. The sampling technique in this research was the saturated sampling technique where this technique is determining the sample if all The population is used as the sample and the data collection method was carried out using distributing questionnaires directly at PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Bandar Lampung Branch. The analysis method used was SPSS 22. The result of the research showed that the hypothesis testing through SPSS found that the Non-Physical Work Environment, Job Insecurity had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
