Abstract
This study deals with the phenomenon at PT. THREE JAYA KENCANA IN BANDAR LAMPUNG City From previous research, researchers took the variables of Transformational Leadership and Workload on Employee Performance, researchers used quantitative methods with a total population and samples of 35 people. The results of this study revealed that Transformational Leadership did not have a significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t-value of 0.262, and workload also had a significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t-value of -0.131. while simultaneously the Transformational Leadership and the Workload on Employee Satisfaction had a significant effect with a value of F 30,767.
