Abstract

Technology has experienced significant progress in this era of globalization. This development also has an impact on people's lives, one of which is the ease of accessing information from various sources quickly and accurately. However, there are several aspects of the training information system at UPT BAHASA IIB Darmajaya that still require improvement. This can be seen from the registration process, announcement of exam schedules, TOEFL test implementation, announcement of test results, and abstract translation services. Through this research, it is hoped that solutions can be found that can increase effectiveness and efficiency in the process. Test participants will have easier access via the TOEFL information system website and translation tools to carry out various processes, including registration, checking the exam schedule, carrying out tests, as well as viewing and downloading test results and certificates directly from the test history menu. The Scrum method is used in this information system problem solving stage, with tools such as document flowcharts for analysis, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) for design, and data dictionaries for creating the necessary tables. The design of this system also involves program flow using flowcharts, as well as the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With the implementation of the planned information system, it is hoped that it can provide better services for TOEFL test participants and translators, including ease of accessing information about UPT Bahasa IIB Darmajaya through their official website.
