Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of training and leadership style as independent variables which are influenced by work discipline on employee performance as the dependent variable in a research study at the Sungai Mesuji Sekampung Regional Office (BBWSMS) Lampung Province. The aim of the research is to obtain an analysis of the influence of these independent variables which can contribute to employee performance in order to improve the quality of human resources in the bureaucratic environment of the Lampung Province government. The research method uses multiple linear regression with 30 respondents and data processing tools using the SPSS application. The research results show the significance of the influence of training and leadership style on performance which is strengthened by work discipline.
