Abstract
WEB-BASED TEACHER AND STUDENT MONITORING INFORMATION SYSTEM USING AGILE METHODS TO OPTIMIZE THE TEACHER LEARNING PROCESS by: Wisnu Gunawan Wibisono wisnugunawan19@gmail.com Askar Kauny is a foundation or non-profit institution that operates in the social and educational fields and focuses on fostering and developing the science of the Koran, especially Tahfizhul Koran and is located at Jl. Sultan Agung No.45, Sepang Jaya, Kec. Kedaton, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung 35128 and has a total of 234 students and 11 teachers. Problems such as the data collection process which is still carried out by bookkeeping and recapping using Excel media, so this can result in errors in the data collection process of student data, value data and memorization. The process of repeatedly recapping students' grades has an impact on delays in submitting student grades reports to the students. Another problem that arises due to recaps in the Excel application is file loss and damage and can be easily manipulated and misused by irresponsible parties. The resulting system is a web-based teacher and student monitoring system and was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the system used by the admin can make it easy to manage student data and the teaching section makes it easier to process grade data and view overall grade recap reports. Monitoring information for teachers can make it easier to process grades and memorization data and students can view online the results of teacher assessments Keywords: System, Information, Monitoring, Teacher, Students, Web, Agile.
