Abstract

This study aimed to empirically prove the effect of Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value Mediated by Competitive Advantage. This study used a quantitative method. The population taken was 50 Manufacturing companies in the Industrial Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2020-2023. The sample selection in this study used the purposive sampling method. The results stated that IC did not affect firm value. GCG did not affect firm value. IC did not affect competitive advantage. GCG did not affect competitive advantage. Competitive advantage can mediate the effect of IC on firm value. Competitive advantage can’t mediate the effect of GCG on firm value. Investors can make the results of this study a consideration in determining their investment if firm value is one of the elements prioritized in investing.
