Abstract
Road is a vital land transportation infrastructure and transportation route. One of the functions of roads is as a driving factor in the process of developing an area and equalizing the development of an area and equalizing development for all surrounding areas. Not only that, roads also play an important role in the process of connecting growth centers with other regions. For the government, roads are an important transportation infrastructure to run the economy and government. If roads are in good condition, transportation and economic activities will run smoothly. A good road is a road that is safe for road users to pass comfortably. The condition of facilities and infrastructure in Lampung Province is still considered inadequate. Especially on road infrastructure facilities. The condition of the roads in Lampung Province is still a lot of damage, be it light damage, medium damage, or heavy damage caused by changing weather or the quality of asphalt roads. The role of the government in handling this problem is very important because it involves safety and comfort for road users. Therefore, the system to be built is intended to make it easier for the community to report road damage and make it easier for people to get information on damaged roads or roads that are being repaired or roads that have been repaired to find out the state of traffic flow conditions due to damaged roads. The community will know the types of road damage such as damaged roads that are bumpy, potholes, or cracked roads, with the level of road damage by distinguishing them from the types of damage. Mobile Web-Based Road Damage and Condition Reporting Information to Bandar Lampung Bina Marga, a new method is needed in building the system. The system that the author tries to create uses the PHP programming language using MySQL as the database. Mobile web-based information systems are very widely used because of their easy use and access so that they are very effective in helping to manage data in the community. Based on the description above, it is necessary to “Damage and Road Condition Reporting Information System” at Lampung Bina Marga.
