Abstract
Coffee is one of the most important commodities in the world, especially in coffee-producing countries such as Indonesia.Menu ordering is important for every culinary business. In an era of increasingly advanced technology, menu ordering must be done easily and quickly. NUKKA Coffee Shop uses a QR Code-based menu ordering system and FIFO Algorithm as a solution to speed up the menu ordering process. The method used in this research is a system development method using the FIFO algorithm. The result of this research is the implementation of the QR Code feature in the NUKKA Coffee Shop menu ordering application which makes it easier for customers to place orders.The FIFO algorithm is used to organize the order of customer queues so that they are not confused between the first order and the last order. The NUKKA Coffee Shop menu ordering application that has been implemented with the QR Code feature and FIFO Algorithm can help NUKKA Coffee Shop in improving service quality and menu ordering efficiency Keywords— FIFO, Coffee Shop.
