Abstract

Information System Master Plan of the Directorate of Samapta in Enhancing Responsiveness and Operational Readiness Using the TOGAF Method at the Directorate of Samapta, Lampung Regional Police ABSTRACT The Directorate of Samapta at the Lampung Regional Police faces a problem of suboptimal utilization of information technology to support operational tasks, resulting in limited responsiveness and operational readiness. This study aims to develop an Information System Master Plan for the Directorate of Samapta to address this issue by enhancing the organization's effectiveness, efficiency, and operational readiness. The approach used in this study is The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) methodology, covering stages from the Preliminary Phase to Migration Planning. The analysis was conducted through direct observation, interviews with relevant personnel, and literature studies to design an integrated information and technology system blueprint. The results of the study include the design of business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, as well as implementation and migration planning that support the achievement of organizational goals. This Master Plan is expected to serve as a strategic reference for the effective, efficient, and sustainable development of information and technology systems within the Directorate of Samapta at the Lampung Regional Police.
