Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, infrastructure, and competence on employee performance at the Bandar Lampung City Industry Department. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research sample consisted of 32 employees, taken through a saturated sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, training, infrastructure, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study is expected to provide strategic recommendations for the Industry Department in improving employee performance through training that is appropriate to employee needs, supporting infrastructure, and employee competency development to support employee performance in carrying out work, especially in empowering SMEs fostered by the Industry Department.
