Abstract

THE EFFECT OF LEVERAGE LEVEL, PROFITABILITY, BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SIZE AND COMPANY SIZE ON RISK MANAGEMENT DISCLOSURE RISKI AFRIANTI 1812110303 ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out empirically the effect of Leverage Level, Profitability, Board of Commissioners Size and Company Size on Risk Management Disclosure. In this study, there were 4 independent variables tested, namely Leverage Level, Profitability, Board of Commissioners Size and Company Size and the dependent variable of Risk Management Disclosure. The population of this research was Conventional Commercial Bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. This study used the purposive sampling technique, to obtain the sample of 28 companies. This study was conducted in 2018-2020, so the amount of data in this study was 84 data. The analytical method used was panel data regression with the Eviews8 program. Based on the result of the analysis and discussion in this study, it proved that the level of Leverage and Size of the Board of Commissioners has no effect on Risk Management Disclosure. Meanwhile, Profitability and Company Size had an effect on Risk Management Disclosure. Keywords: Leverage Level, Profitability, Board of Commissioners Size, Company Size, Risk Management Disclosure
