Abstract

ABSTRACT TEACHER PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM WITH APPLICATION OF KPI BASED ON MOBILE WEB IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NAHDLATUL ULAMA NEGARABATIN by: SURYA DARMA Suryakazeladarma@gmail.com The process of assessing teacher performance at educational institutions, namely schools such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama (MINU Negarabatin) located in Kota Agung Barat District, Tanggamus Regency. Associated with teacher performance assessment has a function as a form of evaluation of individual teacher performance levels in order to achieve maximum school performance which has an impact on increasing student achievement. Problems and shortcomings in the implementation of teacher performance assessments that are currently being carried out. Overall, the assessment process still uses assessment data filling in forms that have been printed and filled out manually, so it is still not in accordance with the teacher performance appraisal mechanism which has an impact on teacher quality assurance. Processes that are carried out manually can cause difficulties in the process of calculating performance appraisals, recording grades and making teacher performance appraisal reports to the principal. The results of the system built such as the admin section can manage teacher data, indicators, criteria, questionnaires and the assessment process for school principals. While the principal can view teacher data information and make assessments based on the assessment period, the overall system produced is in the form of a periodic assessment recap so that the principal can see the results of teachers who have competence.
