Abstract

ABSTRACT WEB-BASED E-DOCUMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT SUBDIT IV RENAKTA DITRESCRIMUM POLDA LAMPUNG (A Case Study: Lampung Police) Bintang Pitaloka Bintangpitaloka1805@gmail.com An agency needs an information system that can assist in managing data and letters. Management of data and letters in institutions that are still manual, errors often occur in data storage, letters and data retrieval, letters. This e-document information system was indispensable, in addition to managing data and letters, it was also needed to make work faster and more efficient. This e-document information system was aimed to assist Sub-Directorate IV in archiving, storing, searching and entering documents, both new and old documents, and changing the way data and letters are stored in hard files into soft file archives. The method used in this study was the waterfall method and the design stages included context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams and relationships between tables. The software used in making this web-based e-document was XAMPP to run the web server, the programming language used PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), and the database storage used PHPmyAdmin. The implementation of the E-Document information system displayed an interface, namely: display of all users, display of PPA data, display of letters. This information system can be accessed and run on localhost. Keywords: E-documents, Web, PHP, Waterfall.
