Abstract

THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL INTERNAL FACTORS ON ACCOUNTABILITY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE (An Empirical Study on Regional Apparatus Organizations in Bandar Lampung City) By Salsa Billa Fuliantira 1812120078 Faculty of Economics and Business Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business Email: salsabillafuliantira@gmail.com ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of internal organizational factors on the local government performance accountability (an empirical study on Regional Apparatus Organizations (Indonesian: OPD) in Bandar Lampung city). This study used primary data with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires in the OPD of Bandar Lampung city. The data analysis method used SPSS 22.00 software. The result of this study showed that the variables of Human Resource Quality and organizational commitment did not have any effects on the Government Performance Accountability of the OPD in Bandar Lampung city. Meanwhile, the internal control and clarity of budget target variables affected the of government performance accountability of the OPD in Bandar Lampung city.
